I predicted this in a 2025 newsletter, and it's playing out exactly as I thought: the agencies sitting on the most market share are the ones least able to act on it.

Most of what I recommend is using AI to increase your profits and build a dream (easy) business).
But right now, the easiest way to grow your profit is to go get more customers β using what you now know about how slow the big agencies really are.
Here's exactly what I'd do if I were under $20 million a year and wanted to use the next 12 months to 3X-4-X.
Step 1: Go all-in on AI optimization.
I'd build a series of agents and workflows that let my team 4β5x their output, and I'd go all-in over the next 90 days. Done right, this makes your throughput far higher, your delivery far faster, and your profit significantly larger.
Start with your AI skill library. This is the easiest action to take to increase your thoughput.
Step 2: Roll Out An Irresistible Offer
Once your output multiplies, you have a choice.
Most owners will take profits and keep growing steadily β avoiding unnecessary risk and headache.
But if you're hungry, and want to seize this moment, here's the aggressive play: make your offer so good it makes your competitors look weak.
Say the average SEO agency produces one or two blogs a week. You go to that same client, at the same price they're already paying, and you produce five times the output.
And if anyone's skeptical, that's your opening to be completely transparent:
"Our team is optimized with efficient AI processes. Everything we do is augmented work. Because we've automated the simple, administrative things, we can produce epic results at 4β5x the speed of 99% of the market. Same price. We just deliver far more value."
Same price, 5X the value, 5X the spped. Why would a client ever say no?
