If this statistic doesn’t leave you somewhat rattled, I’ll tell you this: I’ve already seen what happens when agencies go all-in on custom AI workflows.

In Q2 of 2025, I met an SEO agency that was fully agentic. They weren’t experimenting. They had built real systems.

Final Thought

I used to think we had time, and I certainly didn’t expect the shift to happen so fast.
