Grading rubrics accomplish many things for training:

  • Consistency on benchmarks which improves performance faster

  • The ability to train the same way across talent

  • The ability to train toward a benchmark standard

How to do this:

For any skill-based task, break down the task into its major components

As you saw in the picture above, enter those components into a grid 

Mimic the grading rubric above for yourself
