Here’s how agencies are typically valued:
An agency doing ~$500K in annual profit will usually sell for 2x–2.5x EBITDA
→ Roughly $1M–$1.25M valuationAn agency doing north of $1M in annual profit often sells for 4x–5x EBITDA
That multiple expansion is everything. Now let’s run a simple example.
Agency A: $500K annual profit
Agency B: $600K annual profit
Combined profit: $1.1M
Apply a conservative 4.5x multiple, and you’re looking at:
$4.95M in enterprise value almost immediately after the merger. No viral growth, five-year grind, or hoping the market cooperates.
That’s the power of M&A when it’s done correctly.

Why this beats organic growth every time

Sure.
