STEAL THIS: 4 AI Systems We Shipped This Week

Four builds from this week — each one killing annoyance an agency had just accepted as the cost of doing business.

💡 Today's Key Insight:

The best AI system doesn't change how your team works.

It disappears into the tools they already use — and you own it outright.

Every week my team ships systems for agencies. Four went live this week.

Three of them kill the same universal grind — client reporting — and every one was built to run inside the tools that agency already had, in an account they own.

1. The Report That Writes Itself

Problem:  An ads agency running Meta ads for 18 clients was rebuilding the same report by hand, client by client — copying in the data, formatting it, ranking the creative. Same work, every month, forever.

Solution: We built an automated reporting process.

Now the account manager types one command in Slack, picks a client and a month, and the report writes itself — straight into that client's existing Google Sheet. Same layout. Same green highlighting they already use. Top 3 creatives ranked automatically.

It's live for all their clients, runs in their own cloud account so they own it outright.

2.  Self-Serve Reporting To Powerpoint Presentation

Problem: 2M/year content agency had two people on their team that knew how to pull reports (no one else did).

Requests piled up and they fell behind.

They don't run Slack — they live in Microsoft Teams, so most "AI tools" didn't fit their world.

Solution: We built an automation that pulls the data and auto create an PowerPoint presentation.

Anyone on the team opens a form, picks a client and a month, and a live report card from Google Ads, drops right into their Teams channel which auto generates the PowerPoint

Nobody waits on the "reporting person" anymore.

3.  Automated Founder Admin Processes

Problem: An SEO agency founder was buried under the daily admin— morning prep, end-of-day wrap-ups, weekly reports, proposals. None of it hard but it was preventing him from growing the business.

Solution: We built 14 automated workflows into their operating system.

Morning briefs, end-of-day wrap-ups, weekly reports, proposal drafts — plus a pipeline that reviews their server logs and writes up the findings on its own.

14 recurring tasks, off his plate which freed up 5-8+ hours a week to focus on growth

4.  Automated Pitch Deck

Problem: A 3M/Year Ads agency was wasting hours a week building custom pitch decks and proposals.

Solution: We built a skill that automatically builds their proposals. When a record is moved to ‘offer made’, the skill runs and creates an email drafted with the custom proposal.

It analyzes call notes and CRM data.

Several hours per week are now added back for the team to focus on working their pipeline.

Final Thought

None of our clients from the above examples asked their team to change how they work, learn a new tool, or hand over their data.

The system met them where they already were so there was no change management.

The is the ultimate form of leverage.

Build the dream, not a prison.
