Best Model To Remove Churn From Your Agency
April, 1st 2024
I found the best model to remove churn from your agency
The model of businesses earning 8 figures annually
And I'm giving it away for free
As you know, it's a lot easier to keep a client than to find a new one, but keeping clients at scale is HARD
If you are north of 8% monthly churn, it's VERY hard to build an 8-figure agency
If you’re at or above 12% monthly churn, you can say goodbye to a mid-7-figure agency
The best solution I’ve ever seen works for an agency working with local businesses but it is best for:
SEO
Google ads
Let’s break this down
The best agencies that generate leads for businesses are the ones that own the domains they drive traffic to
I have seen this in every major industry
Law
Signs
Dental
Roofing
Painting
And more
Built into every major city and town in an English-speaking country, there is a local business for pretty much every major service needed
The giants, the ones that are silently earning 8 and 9 figures annually, own a domain in a local city that they’ve been driving traffic towards and reselling those leads in turn
Here is how it works

If you want to scale, you need to know about the 8F Partnership Program.
I’m not asking you to say yes or no today, I want you to make an informed decision on what’s best for you to grow your business.

1. Purchase & rank domains
This one is rather obvious and straightforward, but if you’re exceptional at what you do, I would niche down A LOT, find a small category you can rank and win at, then drive traffic
2. Resell those leads
Go to the local market, and offer to sell them the leads you’re already generating
Selling this on a flat retainer basis should not be hard
Showing them the data and traffic should be rather easy
3. Lock in year-long contracts
The offer is rather simple:
“I am a dominant marketer. I would love to do business with you, but if you aren't interested, these leads will be sold to your direct competitors”

4. Deliver
Lock in long-term contracts, and deliver
There will be clients that will not be able to take all the leads
That is OK
Many businesses will still want to keep those leads rather than lose the contract and those leads will now go directly to their competitors
5. Retain
3 months prior to annual renewal, go to your clients, and ask them their thoughts on the service, and if they want to continue
If they are on the fence, remind them that if you discontinue services you will have to go to their direct competitor
If they inform you that they are considering ending the contract, you can go to the marketplace in advance of churn and have the refill client lined right up
6. Scale
Once your operational model works for a few cities and towns, rinse and repeat
7. Niche niche niche
By the way, the major players have already thought about this
So going after larger markets is going to be hard
There are many 8 and 9-figure agencies doing this for all the big industries
My recommendation would be to go super granular where there is less competition
Using houstonpools.com as a random idea and a super granular niche
