Proof: It’s all about the processes

I helped a lead gen agency add an extra $60K MRR…

If you're constantly taking on clients when you can't get your previous clients’ results…

You're running your reputation into the ground.

This happens when you have a scarcity of clients and are barely making ends meet

You have to do it properly.

What you see above is our retention strategy that helped a lead gen agency add an extra $60K MRR

Follow my 4-step framework to increase LTV for your agency:

Step 1: Priming

Your client will be shaky after making the payment

Can you blame them? They just gave a hefty ward of cash to someone they just met.

They’re facing buyer’s remorse, and if you don’t address it immediately, your client will likely refuse to see value in your service.

How to prime:

  1. Congratulate client when they pay

  2. Send welcome email/video showing them the next steps

  3. Say: I’m looking forward to seeing how happy you are with our results in 90 days”

The object here is to make them feel comfortable and provide value so they feel comfortable with their investment.

2. Support

Never leave your client hanging.

Rather, take the initiative and engage with them on daily basis.

It will help you gather feedback on their journey and show you options where you can upsell your service.

Support cadence:

  1. Have an automated reminder to follow up with client

  2. Define intervals to check in clients during the week

  3. Connect them to other clients for peer support

Your client will most likely struggle to communicate with you openly. It is your job to create a comfortable situation, listen intently and be proactive with your support.

3. Statement of work (SOW)

Your statement helps your client understand the goal you are trying to achieve for them.

This usually comes in handy when the client is struggling to understand the process and the outcome of the working period.

Your SOW will set clear expectations which will increase LTV.

What to cover in your SOW?

  1. What do we do?

  2. What do we expect from you?

  3. What will the roadmap/timeline look like?

  4. What expected results are to be delivered on set dates?

Though it may take time to create, your SOW will influence your clients to respect your work and stay around longer.

4. Continuous improvement

The best agencies always continually improve their results by focusing on getting better each month.

How to implement:

  1. Implement a client feedback form during the fulfillment process

  2. Review accounts monthly with team to touch base on new content strategies

Last note:

The framework above will give you all the vital details an agency owner can use to increase their LTV

But it will take time to fully understand the process

It will take even longer to implement it

But if you’re short on time and want to stop burning the midnight oil to see your agency grow….
