More importantly, you need to be transparent in how you won.

B. Remind of what’s in the pipeline

What’s been done, where you stand and what’s next in the pipeline are crucial updated.
Use a whiteboard to illustrate the client’s journey.

C. Share lessons learned

Go above and beyond the service to discuss what you have learned and how they can use that to grow.
By providing additional value, you’re sharing a mutual interest: Growing the client’s brand.
Your client will surely appreciate it and will want to stick around in the long run.
