1. Build a Sponsor List

Reach out to companies that align with your event’s audience.

Here’s my script:

“I’m hosting an event for 100-200 agency owners in 2025. We’re looking for 1-2 more sponsors at a minimum $10k investment. Would your company want us to reach out when we formally start building our sponsor list?”

2. Close Deals Early

6 months before the event, I’ll start compiling our finalized list of sponsors, and identify how much $$ we have secured to invest in the event.

3. Plan the Event

With funds secured, I’ll bring back my awesome event planner to plan, coordinate, and help run the event.
