The context: Growth had totally dried up.

Up until Q4 2023, 8FA was one single offer: consulting services.

At that point, new clients weren’t coming in, and our MRR had stopped growing.

We plateaued.

Then, I had an epiphany:

I was limiting our growth by just consulting companies…

When instead – I could own and operate several of our own companies.

I started pouring all my energy into turning my agency into a portfolio business…

By thinking through how we could add more value to our clients.

First, I realized I had ZERO bookkeeping firms I trusted.

Second, I realized the software/automation agencies in the market massively overcharge.

Third, I realized my clients needed more leads, and we were making a BUNCH of referrals.

For each of these new business units, I own 50% by design.

Here are my conservative estimates of each business and how it will generate 8F an added 3M in 2025:

  • Bookkeeping: This service will be a $1M/year service in a year, no question. If service is good, we never churn clients and slowly keep compounding.

  • 8FOS: The done-for-you software consulting segment of 8F. Based on our 2024 trends, I anticipate we’ll go into 2025 doing $30-50k MRR.

  • 8F Affiliate: This service made over 200 hot lead intros to our clients last month alone. We’ll exceed $30k MRR for this service this month, and I expect us to be at $1M ARR by the end of the year.

  • 8F Community: This business unit hasn’t monetized yet, but we’re launching our low ticket subscription service there soon. My partner believes we’ll be at $100k MRR by August 2025.

For each of these companies, I have a partner who’s driving the business, fulfillment, and service…

While I drive the brand, marketing and sales.

My existing funnel and audience enables each business to grow without me needing to build new things…

And I now have 4 new business units that didn’t exist last year, that will all crush in 2025 and beyond.
