3. Implement Reporting:

Created data dashboards for media buying metrics and a Slack channel for weekly client health updates. This fosters a culture of visibility and accountability.

4. Hire Premium Talent:

We advised increasing the base salary by $30k to attract top strategists, not just account managers. Better pay = better candidates.

5. Onboarding & Training:

Developed onboarding docs, 30-60-90 day plans, and weekly training to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and stay engaged.

6. Core Value: “Bring the Juice”:

Emphasized autonomy and accountability, where executing well leads to more independence—allowing the founder to step away gradually.

7. Set Management Structures:

Regular 1:1s with pod leaders, weekly pod meetings, and full team syncs create structured support without micromanaging.
