Here's what we built.
1. The Post-Call Task Pipeline
Problem: Every client call generates action items — and half of them evaporate. PMs chase updates across tools, tasks get assigned to whoever left three months ago, and nothing is truly accountable.
Solution: Every meeting summary now turns into tasks automatically. Each task routes to the right account manager in slack for a quick yes or no, and the approved ones land in clickup on their own.
The team gets daily briefs and end-of-day wrap-ups in slack, so nobody is tool-hopping. When a task is blocked on client input, the system creates the follow-up, flips it to "waiting on client," and sends the reminders.
Nobody chases action items anymore. The system does.
2. The Lead Quality Agent
Problem: One of our affiliate marketing clients was spending too much time identifying cost-per-lead — but not which campaigns produced leads that actually closed.
Solution: This agent maps every lead back to its source campaign, then pulls the buyer's verdict from their inbox every night. No more manual spreadsheet uploads.
Lead quality gets matched against ad spend automatically, across every account they run.
Optimization shifts from "what's cheapest" to "what converts."

3. The Creative Analytics Agent
Problem: Ad performance was scattered across every account, and one reporting variance ran as high as 24% — enough to wreck a daily decision.
Solution: This agent pulls performance from all accounts into one place, flags the underperformers, and answers plain-English questions in a chat window.
It also actually watches the video and image creative and tags what's working — not just the numbers behind it. It made reporting queries about 200x faster.
4. The CFO Agent
Problem: Sales happen on calls. Payments, invoicing, and revenue tracking isn’t effectively tracked by an executive in many agencies.
